Blossom Wings effect doesn’t work [closed]

Based on the description, Blossom wings should give additional stats when equipped. However it doesn’t.

Obtain this item via the cash shop but none of the effects worked. Bought an item that doesn’t work. Please check. Thank you

All costumes have no effects. Run "MindRO Patcher.exe" to correct any wrong descriptions.
