Hello Oreki,


Disguise Event
It seems after a long time i'm noticing a lot of frustration of players with the disguise event. The monsters occasionally spawn with required names for the round that are not obtainable using @mi on the mob. If possible to visit the criteria and look for any names that seem out of order, would be much appreciated by all. If able to code NPC to reveal what the correct name was after the round is over, even better.

Item Descriptions
Currently Fathers White Moustache and Blush of Groom both have a description of "...". This has confused newer players who have asked in main chat what these headgears do.

Lord of Death MVP Tracker
Currently LoD is inconsistent with the MVP tracker. I know this one is probably different than the rest of the MVP's when it comes to coding and seeing which are alive or dead, but at this point in time the only way players know if he is alive or dead is if there are disguise mob on the map.

Mob pathing
Currently monsters will intermittently not chase players around corners. I have seen numerous times other mobs that will stop chase and stand still as soon as you step around a corner (ones that are not ranged as well as ranged). This makes it extremely difficult to lure certain mobs to desired locations (EX: Sniper Cecil MVP using corners to bring her to you).Requesting it to be looked into to see if there is an error with the script of mobs when it comes to the pathing they take when aggressive towards players.

Item Descriptions are fixed, you only need to run MindRO Patcher.exe

The rest will be addressed on the time of the coming update

Hi thraca,

Disguise has been modified to play MVP monsters only to resolve that problem.

Lord of Death is not similar to other monsters as you said, it's part of "niflheim invasion" event. We made it un-tracked for now to at least not mislead players with the alive status.

Regarding monster chase, it currently matches the official setting. Monsters re-think their chase every 3 cells and if you're not in their field of vision when they do that, they stop chasing you.

It's possible to increase the number of cells when monsters should re-think their chase to keep the monster chasing longer. If you still want this to be considered please post it in the development requests section.
