Drops from unaccessible areas

I have a question, i saw on the Market, someone is selling an item (Elemental Sword) which only enemy that drops it, is Cobalt Mineral. Its a Monster from Schwatzvald guild dungeon.
but we dont have woe and when I tried to @warp it says "cannot warp there". so how do people get there? or how do get people into those guild dungeons without even having woe 2.0?
