Error entering Geffenia dungeon 01 [resolved]

2 chars stuck in Geffenia 01 with the error message saying invalid map

Please advise

The correct map name is: gefenia01

I mean i used the warper from town, but once i entered the map, i get booted out of game, and i cant access those chars anymore.
