buff scrolls [resolved]

sometimes, pressing bless scroll not giving buffs.

this has occurred before and its happening again.

agi and assump works fine-- its just bless..

*note that gtb is not equipped*

Also, description says 20pcs but it only gives 10pcs. which is correct?
