You're not supposed to enter these areas with your main equipment unless you want to take a risk.
Overview
Outer Lands are areas you can enter through the Space Crack in all towns.

PK (PvP) is enabled in these areas and you can not teleport or use warp when inside. If you want to leave you need to find the exit (see below).
You get 2 Bonus PK Points (3 total) in the Outer Lands.
