According to https://ratemyserver.net/item_db.php?it ... l=1&back=1 , the after cast delay of the ring should be -5 and not +5.

On https://db.irowiki.org/db/item-info/2744/ , it is +5.

In game it is +5.

Is the RMS not reliable for searching or reading the descriptions of the item for this server?

Not reliable, because it based on Hercules script. sometimes have differences with RMS.

Anw are u sure +5 on game? It is -5% on game.. maybe just description from client.

It's just an unclear translation in the item's description, however the effect is correct and matches ratemyserver.net

All our equipment is supposed to match ratemyserver.net Pre-Renewal database except the few modifications listed on mindro.org.
