Can we get some anti-spam timers for these channels so that they aren't flooded with messages from the same person constantly?

after update people still spam #main with trade posts and also #trade beeing flooded by the same posts.
why not just add 1min delay before posting again.
or auto prompt a warning on violation and repeated offense player gets a 5 min server mute, 10min, 30min on continuous violation.
