MVP/miniboss has died map message [fulfilled]

I thought it might be nice if there was a map-wide (not global) message that said "Baphomet has died" so that if you're hunting an mvp/miniboss, you don't waste your time jumping around after it already died.

Probably needs to be not all miniboss since it doesn't make sense to do something like Kasa that is kind of like a normal mob. Maybe if its spawn time is 60+ minutes it triggers the message.
