PK MAP FOR MVP [fulfilled]

@GM Oreki is there a chance that you can put a MVP ANNOUNCER everytime MVP is killed, and make MVP map a PK MAP if possible, every time MVP is respawned, PK is on /pvp /pvp /pvp

Request fulfilled. Players can use @mvpannounce on / off to control MVP Kill announcements.
