Additional Newbie NPC

Hi GM Oreki,

I'd like to suggest an NPC that could answer FAQs of newbies. This week I met like 3 or 4 and they still felt lost and probably didn't come back for a second try. I suggest we have an NPC that could guide them with the usual newbie stuff.

NPC Features:

Starting Funds - 2 Gold Coins so they can use for stat reset - they usually beg in town just for this

@navi to key NPCs for stat reset, job change, rental npc, warper, mvp room, etc.

Basic freebies (maybe like +7 items which they can use immediately) - current freebies, they need to "grind" to transcend first before they can use it

Give them info on useful commands like @jump @allskill @autoloot etc

Any other suggestions are welcome, so they don't feel lost and give our server a chance. Especially since there aren't many people in town whom they can ask for help.
