Bugged Scrolls and buff boxes

agi, bless, assumptio, box of gloom, box of drowsiness seem to not buff properly, i need to use up to 5 scrolls before it actually gives buffs.

this is the case years back. still the issue until this day. was supposedly fixed on the previous patches but still recurring. hope it`ll be fixed completely.
