Requesting to move the Damage Tester to a more uncluttered area

As the title says, I am requesting to move the Damage Tester to a more uncluttered area. What I can think of is the open area on the left just beside its current location (prontera 122, 162) or maybe in front of the tavern (prontera 205, 179) so it would also still be on Prontera. Any other suggested location would be great -- drop them down below.

I strongly agree with the PvP mechanics. One idea are events like 5 vs 5 or 8 vs 8.
