Santa Poring Card

Hey GM, it's been a while since I played and my playstyle is more of a casual type. I was hoping that I could get my hands on a Santa Poring card just for my collection. But there's no way in the game that i can get it. Santa Poring does not spawn anywhere on a map normally, and there is no event or instance which gives me an opportunity to get it's card. I know it's not a meta card or a game-changing one, but i hope you can make a way, maybe add it to an event or spawn it somewhere like at the map with different kinds of porings or at xmas maps.. Thank you!
