About Sniper Googles I don't know if it makes sense to add 3rd class items into a prenewal server. Then you can ask for all other 3rd class headgears and newer weapons like elven bow (which makes orc bow useless). Those headgears above were already present in prenewal but just not obtainable by quests. So adding them should be fine in my opinion.
