Doll is qest loot, but not droped

I have a few if you need one. It's a MVP Drop reward (Random reward when you kill MVP, not dropped when you kill a MVP) so it's not 100% drop I think. Kind of like Dark Blinkers for RSX.

You can get Doll out of Gift Boxes and OBB too.

It's like everyone answered above.

Osiris Doll is an MVP drop, you have 1 out of 3 chance to get it every time you kill Osiris.

You can also use Myst Case Card and Mimic Card to farm Gift Box and OBB and open them for a chance to get dolls. It's easier this way.
