The requirements of the RWC 2008 Dragon Helm Gold [1] should only be available in a castle treasure box (chance)

For solo players like myself, making it exclusive to active guilds just make it impossible to create. The number of active guilds now are like just 3 or 4? Making it easy to create between the members of those guilds.

+3 all stats and +10% aspd and +5% damage TO demi-humans (based on item script), and a slot. It will make the other headgears inferior and we will have less variety and creativity in builds.

Maybe if implemented, effects should only be active outside PvP, BG, WoE, etc

These are just my 2 cents. So dont hate me on this. Lol.

Of course there's no hate on your comment. Would even like to hear others what they thought about this.
Yea what Im thinking is for other players, maybe just like you to join guilds to make this server more active and fun.
The requirements of that item can only be found in the castle chest. Every castle has one requirement for that item, which is also a chance to get. So guilds would actively get other castles to make it.

Maybe you need to test it before GM Oreki.. especially for triangle ruined cap. Since with platinum shield it can make great combo.. as i know the chance 15% will be added with PS 15% which mean 30% and reflect 40-60%.. even AOE will be reflected as i remember. Which mean great handicap for hw and great benefit to TGK user especially with great max hp such as Pally, LK, Sinx
