Enable Status Icons for some Status Effects

Hi GM Oreki,
We are kindly requesting to enable some status icons missing in the game.
This suggestion would benefit all players and would not create any imbalances in the game.
I truly hope you'll reconsider.

- Mindbreaker
- Assassin Cross of Sunset (Bragi, SFY, SlowGrace are already enabled)
- Fogwall
