Sprite error

Good afternoon,
After I login to the game, I get multiple sprite errors.
Game seems to be fully patched. What could I do to resolve this

Hi Goldie,
Could it be that it has been a long time since your last login?
Re-download the Full Client.

I think it's happening to other players as well.
Happened to me today, and last night.
