asprika needs buff

asprika doesnt really feel like a god item.
can only affect vs melee where it should be at least having 7% reduc on magic as well since the requirement (garb) has that reduc to it.

That would be OP, does make sin x unkillable.

Fix this asprika thing, it says in the description that it will reduce 30% in all elements, but poision damage is not reduced.
