Antonio Pet Effects are back to work in all instances, events, and special maps (Exceptions are PvP, GvG and normal MVP maps)
It still doesn't work in instances

The changelog was posted but there wasn't a server restart yet for the changes to take effect. We just did it now. Now it should work fine
