My Character Always Disconnect When Enter Game

My first character always disconnect when enter a game. I do many thing. restart the client , restart a PC but the end result still same. I try to make another character (2nd Character). After finish creating the character and i enter the game with new character its working fine. Can enter the game. I think my first character have a problem entering the game. Can help me make it ok .

I just logged on with your assassin cross character. There appears to be no problem at all. Maybe it was just a temporary internet problem for you. You can try again and let me know.
