Game stuck on Gepard Shield Anti-Cheat [resolved]

My game is stuck on the gepard shield anti-cheat and nothing else happens, I tried disabling my anti-virus to no avail. The patcher runs fine, but after I click on start game it just gets stuck on the anti-cheat system and the game never starts.

Open opensetup.exe click OK, then try again /no1
