OWL BARON CARD NOT DROPPING? [closed]

I mean the server is high rate. Had no problems with other cards dropping besides this. Is this intentional??

You can use @mi command to see monsters information.
Owl Baron is considered a boss monster therefore its card drop rate is 2.5%.
