Pay 10 MC to the Disguise NPC t start the 10 rounds Disguise event.

Purpose: Just for fun, giveaways, added liveliness to Prontera.

Thank you for requesting this, but after today's update the disguise event will have 1x Event Box as reward instead of 1x MC.

We may revisit this later.
