Can you please provide more information? What is this command supposed to exactly do?

It's basically like a built in RCX. It shows the range of most skills in a square around your character and provide minimal skill effects to reduce lag and latency

It's possible, but I don't think we can implement it quickly as a command and it's not worth putting on top of our priority list.
For the time being this request is on hold until further notice.
You're free to modify your client to achieve the same result, it's not against our server rules.
