Rage of Luster [closed]

The rage of luster upper headgear from the quest master npc does not seem to give the bonus aspd.
I have tested with the filir's pinion with similar 2% aspd bonus, and it worked. But on the other hand, the rage of luster did not increase the aspd. Please see to it, thanks!

Make sure you test correctly.
