I'm using a 4K monitor, scale and layout is 300%
In this case, I can't double click to use item/card/gears/skills in MindRO
I searched in google and the solution is
change the layout to 100%, so I have to use 1920*1080 with 100% scale in a 4K monitor

I unfortunately can not replicate your problem quickly to debug it as I don't use a 4k monitor. I'll get back to you with a solution to this as soon as possible.
