Unable to login and play the game after update...

After yesterday updated, I'm unable to log in to the game. I have tried to run the client game and it keeps saying no responding, it's the same for patcher too. I tried to reinstall the game and manage to get into the loading screen with extreme lag, choose SEA server proxy and log in to my character but the extreme lag issue still persists.
