Build Manager NPC [fulfilled]

Dear the best GM in the world 
Can we have a build manager NPC where we can save stat builds and reload them?
I was thinking of creating multiple characters to save builds, for example PvP Champ, MVP Killer Champ, MVP Tank Champ...etc. but an NPC would make that a lot simpler.
I know there is already the reset stat NPC but I like to have exact calculated stats for my builds so every stat point matter and resetting every time to my exact builds is a bit inconvenient...
It's not urgent, but would be an appreciated player quality-of-life feature
