petition to add /kick function in DS events. this is to eliminate characters that have no use or just a nuisance to the event.
DS will ask if can proceed and everyone will vote to start the event. and event will push through depending on the majority of votes. therefore, this is the perfect time to trigger /kick command so players can vote to kick such characters in the said event if there are any players that can be kicked. after such, DS will ask again if good to proceed and so on.
