The item mentioned cannot be put in storage, sell or dropped. Is this a bug or that's just the way it is. It's a common drop by Aqua Elemental. Please advise.

Would you consider doing a bi-weekly or monthly rotating MVP/PVP rewards to keep players engaging in said activities. Just an idea to see if it is possible. Thank you for your time.
