If you already have the full client from previous installed tried downloading the lite client instead. It's fixed the issue for me.

The description for the effect of both cards are the same in regards to the "Reduce after attack delay", though for the Howard card it should read Increase after attack delay. I may be wrong but please have a look.

It seems as though Mercury Riser is undefinable even though the description said that after a certain upgrade level it gives additional benefit. Not sure if I'm doing anything wrong but the upgrade NPC keeps telling me that they cannot refine said item. Please advise.
