asprika doesnt really feel like a god item.
can only affect vs melee where it should be at least having 7% reduc on magic as well since the requirement (garb) has that reduc to it.

+1 however, this should be returned back to normal during woe/koe hours. buff scrolls are money burn mechanics so it should be at normal duration at this times
