here is my problem my character list is limited to 1/1

Yeah. I think from the patcher. The problem is the character slot is open but i get the denied warning when i do create one

I have read that the new update gave extra character slots, but currently my account has 1 available character slot only. Looking for answers as the people in game don't talk to much
